All items are handmade and made-to-order. Orders are made using standard US sizes described in the item description. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We understand that shopping online can be difficult, which is why we are happy to assist you if you have any questions or concerns.
Domestic shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days using the United States Postal Service, USPS. Packages are shipped using the address provided at checkout by default. Once packages are shipped, we are no longer liable for lost, misplaced, delayed, or stolen orders. Please contact your Post Office directly.
International shipping is also available. Delivery time may take at least 10 days or longer. Please note that tracking numbers are only available within the US. Once packages leave US borders, USPS is no longer responsible and therefore cannot provide tracking beyond domestic borders. If you would like to request another shipping method, please request via email prior to ordering.
Our turn around time is 1-2 weeks.
Rush orders (Domestic only) are available and processed within 3-5 business days for an additional $35 fee (please email us to request a rush order prior to ordering). Rush orders shipping are made using the United States Postal Service, USPS. Other shipping carriers may be requested at an additional fee (Please request via email prior to ordering). Shipping takes 2-3 days within the US. Rush orders are not available for international orders.
Some Accessories/products are a third-party collaboration from vendors from all over the world. Please allow 2-3 week processing time to receive your purchase. Jewelry/accessories are not refundable.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGESReturns and exchange are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges are based on item availability, and availability is not guaranteed. Sizes must also be selected based on our store size chart to insure proper fit. It is highly important to communicate with the seller prior to returning/exchanging items to make sure we can accommodate your request based on availability, or if it qualifies for a refund prior to shipping the item back to us.
